Log stairways and railings are a great way to beautify your home. It doesn't matter whether you live in a conventional, timber, or log home, our accents will look good anywhere.
Another fun idea is to use trees from your own property to create a more personal touch to your home. Here on the left we used a curly birch with exposed roots in one corner and a 20' tall maple in the opposite corner. They accented our clients three season porch superbly. On the right we used a stately oak which had come down in a wind storm to support the floor and roof system of this clients new home.
Maybe a mantle over your fireplace is just what you're looking for. NCLH Inc. specializes in unique designs like this spalted maple log to the right which is cradled in our of it's limbs, to this more traditional pine half-log mantle on the left.
